To create an account on 15irx10, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms, and the platform reserves the right to close any such account without notice. Each individual may hold only one account; operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your login details with any third party, and notify our support team immediately if you notice any unusual activity on your account. We strongly recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.
As part of the KYC verification process, we may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Large withdrawals may be restricted until this verification is complete. All verification documents are kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are never disclosed to third parties.
While using the 15irx10 platform, you must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Using any platform feature or service for illegal purposes, attempting to hack the platform, or operating an account through automated bots or software is strictly forbidden. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Every user is expected to treat other users with respect. Threats, harassment, abusive language, and discriminatory remarks are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, manipulation, or dishonest means will result in immediate action, and all balances in the account concerned may be forfeited.
Misuse of promotions and bonuses — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to withdraw without meeting the required conditions — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. 15irx10 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and, where necessary, place a hold on withdrawals. All bonuses and promotions carry their own terms and conditions, which are published separately and are considered part of these Terms.
All financial transactions on the 15irx10 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts will be stated in the relevant section and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days; however, additional time may be required if KYC verification is not yet complete. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit. If you notice any error or discrepancy in a transaction, please notify our support team immediately and we will endeavour to resolve it within 72 hours.
To prevent money laundering and protect financial integrity, 15irx10 monitors suspicious transactions and fulfills its legal obligation to report them to relevant authorities when necessary. Third-party payments — whether sending or receiving — are strictly prohibited; all transactions must be conducted through the account holder's own bank or mobile banking account. All applicable taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the user.
The 15irx10 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults, server disruptions, or internet connectivity issues. In the event of service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances — such as flooding, earthquakes, or cyberattacks — 15irx10 shall not be held liable. We do, however, remain committed to maintaining service quality and resolving any disruptions as quickly as possible.
All content, logos, designs, software, graphics, and brand elements on the 15irx10 platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content. Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
15irx10 is not responsible for the content or services of any third-party links or advertisements displayed on the platform. These links are provided for informational convenience only, and we accept no liability for your experience or any loss incurred on third-party websites. Users are expected to exercise their own judgement before accessing any third-party link.
15irx10 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any user's account if a breach of these Terms, fraud, operation of multiple accounts, provision of false information, or any other dishonest conduct is established. Upon account closure, legitimate balances may be withdrawn; however, in cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited. Users may contact the support team to appeal an account closure.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Before closing, it is advisable to complete all pending transactions and withdraw any remaining balance. Following account closure, personal data may be retained for a specified period as required by applicable law.
When these Terms are updated, 15irx10 will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page and will endeavour to send email notifications for significant changes. Bangladesh's prevailing laws and regulations shall serve as the governing law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
